If you are experiencing a problem with JoinedUp we’ll do everything we can to get you back on track. If you are logged into the system at the time, you simply need to click on the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, this will give you access to our help centre where you can search for answers. Please check our FAQs for the most common questions asked.

If you’re not in the system then all you need to do is contact your agency. If you're experiencing any issues please contact your agency. They will be able to create a ticket in our service desk if they need JoinedUp Support Team assistance.
