See how your gross pay is calculated

It’s very easy to see how your gross pay was calculated. You will need to log in to your account and then select the shift you want to check from either the Work Calendar or the Timesheets page.

Simply choose the correct week then click on the row for a particular shift. This will take you to a Shift details page in which you will see what your shift start and stop times were, whether there was any break deducted and the total gross pay for this shift.

If you want to see exactly how your gross pay was worked out, then click on the link Show rate details.

When you do so, this will expand the calculation to give you the rate(s) and numbers of hours worked at each rate.

Please note that these are only gross pay calculations and do not take into account any tax deductions which would lead to a net pay figure.  If you want to understand what your pay is after taxes then please contact your agency employer, umbrella company or accountant.
