The big result we're working towards is changing our clients' relationships with food long-term. We're all about introducing you to a new, sustainable, and healthy lifestyle 🚀

How much weight will I lose every week?

The better your dedication, the better your results.

So, depending on where you are starting in your health journey, and your adherence to your program, you may lose anywhere between 300g to 1kg per week.

However, while it’s great to have a weight goal, the number on the scale doesn’t always reflect progress. A number of factors impact scale weight - especially for females!

This makes other data points, such as body measurements and progress photos, important reference points when gauging progress over time 👍

The only successful diet is one that you stick to long-term, so it needs to be sustainable and allow for lifestyle factors such as treats, social meals/dining out, alcohol and any other hiccups along the way. Consistency over perfection should always be the goal.

Also remember, a sustainable and healthy body transformation journey is never a quick one. Be patient and you will reap the rewards.

Is it guaranteed to work?

Our strategy is based on a scientific approach to nutrition. If there is full adherence to the program, we are highly confident your best results will be achieved.

However, we cannot be fully accountable for non-compliance so we are not liable for your personal results not meeting your expectations and will not provide money back for lack of results.

Will my calories and macros change throughout my journey?

On the Premium plan (Aus only), your coach might adjust your calories and macros throughout your time with equ, depending on a variety of factors such as adherence, results and any lifestyle changes.

The Standard Plan, we've created a strategy to ensure that if you need a drop, the app will implement one for you.

There's no one-size-fits-all to how and when your daily targets will be altered. If we see continual results on your current targets, you will likely remain on those. For Premium Plan (Aus only) users, your coach will always discuss this with you before making any changes, of course.
