When will I be charged?
Our program is a subscription-based service. The subscription you choose will determine the frequency of billing. If you sign up for weekly billing, you'll be billed weekly. If you sign up for the two-month plan, you'll be billed every two months.
Please note on our Premium Plan (Aus only), we have an 8-week minimum subscription term.
What are the payment options?
We offer weekly, 2-monthly, 3-monthly and 6-monthly payment options on our Premium Plan (Aus only) and 1-month, 3-monthly and 6-monthly on our Standard Plan.
We bill directly to your credit card through a secure, automatic Stripe transaction or Afterpay.

Can I set up payment options through my bank account?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct debits through a bank account. We only provide billing directly from your card through a secure, automatic Stripe transaction.
I have a credit, how do I use this?
If we have applied for credit to your account, if you're an active customer, this will be used first on your next payment/s until used up, this will then prevent back-to-normal payments.
If you are an inactive customer and wish to sign up again using your credit, all you need to do is sign up via account.join.com, and your credit will be used first before your payments continue as normal.
Note: If you have less than 8 weeks of credit on your account and want to sign up for our Premium Plan (Aus only), the 8-week minimum term will still apply if you haven't been with us within the last month.
How do I update my payment details?
In order to update your card, please head to account.join.com, sign up and update your payment through the subscription tab.
My payment failed - how do I update this?
Payments are automated and will be recharged automatically. If you need to, you can email accounts@joinequ.com and they can recharge this for you too.
