Are the meal plans budget-friendly?

Some meals are more affordable than others, depending on the ingredients. It's also dependent on supermarket prices. On all our services, you can use your food diary to self-track any changes you would like or use the meal swap feature to change up meals daily. However, on the 1:1 Coaching, please don't hesitate to contact your coach if you need anything swapped out for cost reasons. All ingredients should be available at your local supermarket (not specialty stores).

Do the meal plans require a lot of prep?

Ultimately all meals require some level of preparation, but we strive to keep things as straightforward as possible. Just remember, some recipes will require more prep than others. If you're looking for more simple, quick-to-prep meals, on the 1:1 Coaching, just reach out to your coach! 👌

Can I cook in bulk?

Yes you can - on the 1:1 Coaching, just let your coach know this is a priority for you, and they can try to work more meal-prep-friendly recipes into your plan.

As for the Standard Plan, you can request meals that are in line with bulk prep!

How do I cook in bulk?

You can easily adjust the number of serves directly within each recipe - this will automatically update the ingredient quantities for you, making meal prep quick and accurate. For example, if you’re cooking for four days, just increase the serving size of the recipe by four and each ingredient will be automatically multiplied for you and listed in the ingredients list.

Once cooked, divide the meal evenly across your containers (it doesn’t need to be exact), and it will balance out across the days in terms of calories and macros.

To make the process even easier, you can toggle “Cook Mode” at the top of each recipe. This keeps your screen active while you’re cooking or prepping, so you don’t have to keep unlocking your device.

When it comes to certain additions like dressings, cheese, or sour cream, it can be helpful to store these separately and add them once served. This helps maintain freshness and gives you a bit more flexibility with portions.
