Are the meal plans budget-friendly?

Some meals are more affordable than others, depending on the ingredients. It's also dependent on supermarket prices. On all our services, you can use your food diary to self-track any changes you would like or use the meal swap feature to change up meals daily. However, on the Premium Plan (Aus only), please don't hesitate to contact your coach if you need anything swapped out for cost reasons. All ingredients should be available at your local supermarket (not specialty stores).

Do the meal plans require a lot of prep?

Ultimately all meals require some level of preparation, but we strive to keep things as straightforward as possible. Just remember, some recipes will require more prep than others. If you're looking for more simple, quick-to-prep meals, on the Premium Plan (Aus only), just reach out to your coach! 👌

Can I cook in bulk?

Yes you can - on the Premium plan (Aus only), just let your coach know this is a priority for you, and they can try to work more meal-prep-friendly recipes into your plan.

As for the Standard Plan, you can request meals that are in line with bulk prep!

How do I cook in bulk?

Essentially you multiply the listed ingredients in your meal plan by the number of days you would like to prepare. So if you're prepping meals for four days, simply multiply every listed ingredient by four. Then once it's cooked, simply divide it equally across your number of containers (it doesn’t need to be perfect), and it'll all even out across the 4 days in terms of your calories and macros. It's that easy!

When it comes to certain meal additions, like dressing, cheese or sour cream, it can be beneficial to store these separately and add them to the meal once served.
