How do I reactivate my account?
Your account can be inactive for a number of reasons, so follow the steps below based on which applies to you!
Suspended
If your account is suspended, your app will advise you to 'Update payment' to use the app's features. If your card is expired or you need to update it, you can click the link and it will take you to myaccount.equalution.com to update your payment details. If you've simply forgotten about payment, you can reach out to our support team and they will then be able to recharge this payment for you.
If payment has succeeded, and you're still suspended, you can reach out, and let us know the payment has gone through, and your account will be updated for you.
Reactivations
There may be a couple of reasons your account is telling you to reactive. This can be because your account is: -
โInactive: If you are wishing to sign back up, just head to account.joinequ.com

On-hold: If you have requested a hold. Your account will let you know you're on hold, and chat with us to active. Reach out and we're able to take your account off hold for you.
