Can I submit food preferences each week for my meal plan?

Yes, each week in your check-in, which is to be submitted before 11 am local time, you can submit a maximum of 3 food preferences you wish to include in your plan each week. The app will then work with these food preferences to provide you with a meal plan that includes at least 1 preference, along with ensuring you're meeting your calorie and macro targets and following the 80% whole food approach.

Do I have to submit food preferences?

You do not have to submit food preferences if you don't want to, it is optional. If you decide not to submit food preferences weekly, you will have your meal plan created from our database of recipes using your taste section.

When can I submit food preferences?

After week 1 back with us, you can submit your food preferences for your second meal plan onwards. Week 1 plan will be based on your taste section.

Can I sync my food preferences with my partner/friend?

On the Premium Plan, a coach can sync your meal plans as close to each other as possible. As for the Standard Plan, you are able to check in and request the same meals; however, these plans are not guaranteed to be provided to you or to your partner/friend.

I forgot to submit food preferences, can these be added?

On the Premium Subscription, you can reach out to your coach, and they can make adjustments to your meal plan for you. As for Standard Plan, please submit these before 11 am local time in your check-in to make sure you get your preferences, as these cannot be added after your plan has been sent. If you miss submitting these, you will have to wait until the following week.

How do I update my individual food/ingredient preferences?

You can update your 'Taste' section under the settings -> taste of your app. This will allow you to exclude food items you don't enjoy or aren't feeling each week. You must do this before your check-in, which ensures these changes take effect before your plan is sent. E.g. in the colder months, you can exclude ice-cream, and turn ice-cream back on as you'd like it again. This will prevent ice-cream from appearing in your meal plan whilst it's a dislike.
