Can I search for recipes/meals on the app?

Yes, we have the full recipe database in the app for you to access. To see this, head to the 'Discover' tab of your app, then click 'View full recipe library'. You can filter by popular, simple and easy, family-friendly, along with breakfast, lunch or dinner meals. Or you can search for specific meals. It's that easy.

You are also able to search for recipes in your check-in; you can select these recipes to request to have them in your meal plan for the week. You are able to select 3 meals per week. You are more than welcome to visit our social media pages too on Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok, as we are always sharing recipes & tips for our equ community.

Can I delete recipes/meals in my 'My Meals' page?

You are currently unable to delete or edit the recipes once saved. You will need to create the recipe again in your food diary and save it under an alternate name.

How many recipes/meals do I get each week?

You do get access to 6 recipes per week, from breakfast through to dessert, with 2 snacks. This is your meal plan provided by us. You can opt to use the meal swap feature to provide variety in your week and have more recipes/meals. You can adjust each day as you please through the meal planner - swapping meals day by day.

How do I add a recipe/meal?

If you wish to self-track your own meal, you can do so in your food diary on the 'Today' tab. Simply track the quantity of each meal in your diary, e.g. a chicken curry will have 120g of chicken breast, 125g of cooked rice, 50g of broccoli, 20g curry sauce, 100mL of coconut milk, and then click the three little dots on the right of the meal -> save meal -> enter the name. You are then able to search for this meal under the 'My Meals' section of the app when adding it to your food diary.

How do I add a recipe that I cooked in bulk and didn't weigh out?

For this, we would roughly guestimate the quantity of each ingredient used and then divide by how many serves you make e.g if you've cooked a one-pot stew, using 1kg of meat, and you can make 8 serves out of it, you would enter in 1kg/8serves = 125g of meat, and then repeat for the rest of the ingredients. Close enough is good enough.

How many recipes are there?

We currently have over 8000 delicious recipes on our database. These include vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, pescatarian etc. Our recipe development team are constantly working on updating and creating new recipes for our clients to enjoy.
