What is the 1:1 Personal Coach on the Premium Plan?

On our Premium Plan (Aus only), you will be provided with your own personal nutrition coach who will guide you through your journey. They will check in with you each week, discuss your results, celebrate wins, review your food diary and provide feedback to ensure you're on track with your goals.

The support dimension of the service can be as independent or intricate and comprehensive as you wish. If you want to engage with your coach for more diary reviews, assistance in calculating dine-out meals, tips and strategies to improve eating practices and compliance, then we would encourage full utility of the chat platform to acquire this education and understanding. They are there to assist!

Who is my coach?

Within 1-3 business days of your signing up, you will receive an introductory message from your allocated coach. They will be your main point of contact for any questions or questions you might have about your journey. Additionally, they will reach out every week on your check-in day to review your progress and send you your new delicious meal plan.

How do I contact my coach?

On your 'Today' tab of the equ App, there is a chat box where you can send a message that will reach your coach. They will get back to you within 1 business day Monday - Friday AEST, in the same thread.

Can I talk to a coach on the Standard Plan?

Our Nutrition Coaches are a feature of the Premium Plan (Aus only) only. If you are finding you'd like a little more guidance and support throughout your journey, you can upgrade to the Premium Plan from the Standard Plan at any time.

How can I access a coach?

On the Premium Plan, you can reach out via the chat bubble on the 'Today'tab. The Standard Plan users don't have access to a coach as this is a feature of the Premium Plan (Aus only). If you feel you need more support and would like a coach to assist you with your journey, you can upgrade via account.joinequ.com

Can I call my coach?

All our service is provided via chat support within the equ App. If you have any questions or queries, they will be responded to within 1 business day.

When can I chat with my coach?

Your coach is available between business hours, Monday to Friday AEST.

Can I choose my coach?

Unfortunately, you're unable to choose your coach, however, we can reassure you that you will love the one you have.
