Unfortunately, your profile cannot be cleared. If you sign back up, it will continue you on from where you left off. However, to make your app look as though it's starting fresh, you can edit your initial check-in. This will allow your app to compare your photos and results from this time around. To do this, go to the 'Today' tab on your equ App > scroll down to my progress > week over week > select the week 0 > click edit in the top right-hand corner > add your new weight and measurements and roll through the rest of the check-in to enter your details and save your results.

If you've been a client with us before and you've decided to join back up, your program will continue where you left off. To submit your first results back, you will need to do so via the late check-in process. To do this, go to the 'Today' tab on your equ App > scroll down to my progress > week over week > select the most recent week > click edit in the top right-hand corner > add your new weight and measurements and roll through the rest of the check-in to enter your details and save your results.

Add in the email that you signed up under, and we will send a reset password link to that email. Follow the prompts in the email to reset your password.
