Becoming a physical therapist on the Joint Academy team happens only after an extensive recruitment and onboarding process, involving both background and reference checks, and in- depth training specific to the platform.  Joint Academy physical therapists are educated on how to meet the unique needs of each patient, while using evidence-based tools to provide best practices when delivering care.

Each therapist has passed the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE), making them board certified throughout the US.  In addition, your assigned therapist is actively licensed within the specific state where you reside.  Physical therapists with graduate level degrees (MPT and DPT) make up over 95% of the therapists providing Joint Academy care, with many carrying additional, higher level certifications in orthopedic and geriatric care.
