The majority of your interactions with your physical therapist will take place through the Joint Academy in-app messaging center.  Here you can share your responses to your daily tasks, ask for guidance on exercise completion, dig deeper into education, and request coaching on how to tackle lifestyle changes. On a regular basis, there will be opportunities to receive feedback and patient-specific guidance based on your progress within the program.  Lastly, phone calls help maintain a healthy patient/physical therapist relationship and assist with addressing your specific goals for the program.
