How do I invite my team to Yoho?

Learn how to add teammates like designers, marketers, and freelancers to your Yoho workspace using the Contributors tab.

In Yoho, contributors are the creative force behind your campaigns — from content creators to freelancers and marketers. You can invite them directly from the Contributors section, without giving them full admin access.

To invite a new contributor:

  1. Go to Create > Contributors in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the “+” or New Contributor button.

  3. Fill in the contributor’s details:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • (Optional) Phone Number

  4. Under Contributor Type, choose the appropriate role:

    • Editor – can create, edit, and collaborate on ideas and assignments

    • Viewer – can view assigned projects, but not edit

    • Custom – if your workspace has custom roles set by Admins

  5. Click Save to send the invitation.

Once invited, the contributor will receive an email with access to their workspace. You’ll see their name appear in your team list, along with their role and contact info.


📝 Notes:

  • Contributors are not administrators - they have access only to the parts of Yoho they’re assigned to.

  • You can always edit or remove contributors later by clicking their name in the list.

💡 Tip: Use contributor filters (Favorite, Access Level, etc.) to manage large teams more easily.
