How do I track deadlines and campaign progress in the Planner?

Whether you’re managing a product drop, social launch, or seasonal promo, the Planner makes it easy to see what’s in progress, what’s coming next, and what’s slipping behind.


What you can track in the Planner:

  • Start and end dates for every calendar item
    Add precise timing to events like sales, photoshoots, or social launches.

  • Current status of every item
    Use the Status filter to view:

    • Draft

    • In Progress

    • Pending Review

    • Published

    • Completed

  • Content by type and channel
    Filter by:

    • Event types (e.g. Product Launch, Sale)

    • Social platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

    • Outbound categories (e.g. Newsletters, Paid Ads)

  • Ownership & accountability
    Use linked assignments and contributors to know who’s doing what, and when it's due.


Tips for tracking campaign progress

  • Use consistent naming conventions for your calendar items (e.g. “Back-to-School Launch – Email 1”)

  • Include links to briefs or assignments in the “External Project Link” field for easy reference

  • Set realistic start and end times — especially for multi-day shoots or multi-post campaigns

  • Update statuses as work progresses — this helps everyone stay aligned

  • Use the Daily View for busy weeks to zoom into exact deliverables per day
