Yoho’s Creative Velocity tracking helps you set monthly content goals and monitor how quickly your team produces creative output. You can define performance expectations per team, contributor, or campaign, and monitor results in real time.
Step 1: Set velocity goals in Creative Central
Go to Settings → Creative Central → Creative Targets and click the red ➕ button.
Then:
Select Target Type = Creative Velocity
Set Goal Parameters (all optional):
Creative Type - choose format types like video, static, UGC, etc.
Contributor(s) - select specific teammates or creator groups
Tags - filter by project, platform, or product tags
Click Save to create the target
Once saved, you can edit monthly goals for each target (e.g. “Kenzie’s Team: 50 creatives in June”).
Step 2: Track progress under Analyze
Go to Analyze → Creatives Velocity
You’ll see:
Total creatives uploaded for the selected time range
Actual vs. target comparisons for each group
Filterable views by contributor, creative type, or tag group
Click into any group to see asset previews or switch to list view for detailed metadata.
💡 Tip: If you haven’t added goals yet, Yoho will still show upload counts, but adding targets helps identify underperformance and optimize resource allocation.
