Reviewing creative work in Yoho is seamless; you can request feedback, track revision status, and keep everyone in the loop without long email threads or messy file versions.
Step 1: Review submitted assignments
Once a contributor marks an assignment as Submitted, it will appear in:
Under Events on your calendar in the Plan section
The Assignments section
Your Dashboard β Your Pending Creative panel (under "Pending Review")
Click into the assignment to view the submitted creative, description, and any deliverables.
Step 2: Request feedback or revisions
If the creative needs change:
Click Request Revision
Send a message explaining what needs to be improved
Yoho will notify the contributor and update the status to Revision Requested
Contributors can now re-upload or edit the submission until it meets expectations.
π Tip: Be specific in your revision requests, referencing campaign goals, target angles, or visual guidelines when giving feedback.
Step 3: Track revision progress
Assignments with requested changes will show as Revision Requested.
Contributors will resubmit work, and the status will return to Submitted for re-review.
You can:
View revision history
Leave follow-up comments
Finalize the task when complete
Step 4: Final approval
Once you're happy with the result:
Mark the assignment as Complete
Or let it roll into your publishing workflow (if connected to a campaign or asset group)
All feedback, files, and status changes are saved within the assignment for full visibility.
