How do I upload and organize creative assets?

Upload images and videos to the Yoho Library, tag and organize assets by campaign, platform, contributor, or usage.

Updated over 3 months ago

Yoho’s asset library helps you centralize all creative content, from raw files to final deliverables, and organize everything so it’s easy to find, reuse, and publish.

Step 1: Go to the Library

Click Store → Library in the left-hand menu.
This is where you’ll find all uploaded assets, along with filters to sort by:

  • Status (e.g. Submitted, Approved)

  • Contributor

  • Campaign tag

  • Platform (e.g. Instagram, TikTok)

You’ll also see key asset info like dimensions, file type, and upload date.

Step 2: Upload new assets

Click the red icon to upload.

You can:

  • Drag and drop files

  • Upload in bulk

  • Add key details like title, platform, and file usage

  • Tag assets by campaign, product, contributor, and more

Each uploaded file will be processed and visible to relevant team members based on their permissions.

Step 3: Tag and organize assets

Use tags to keep your Library clean and searchable. You can tag assets by:

  • Platform (e.g. Instagram, Stories, Reels)

  • Product (e.g. Hoodie, Skincare)

  • Event or Campaign

  • Contributor Type (e.g. UGC Creator, Model)

These tags help during filtering, searching, and publishing, and can be set automatically during assignment submissions.

Step 4: Track status and usage

Every asset has a status badge:

  • Submitted - uploaded and pending review

  • Approved - ready for publishing

  • Revision Needed - sent back for changes

  • Declined - not used

Use these to manage your content pipeline and keep only usable assets in rotation.

📝 Tip: Reuse approved creatives across campaigns by filtering and relinking them from the Library.
