How does the asset library work?

Explore how Yoho’s asset library helps your team store, filter, review, and manage creative files across campaigns.

Updated over 3 months ago

Yoho’s Library is your centralized hub for all creative assets — from draft files to approved content. It’s built to help you keep track of what’s submitted, what’s usable, and what’s ready to launch.

What you’ll find in the Library

Go to Store → Library to access:

  • All creative files submitted through assignments

  • Filters to sort by campaign, status, contributor, or platform

  • File metadata like resolution, format, upload date, and usage status

Each file appears as a tile with:

  • A preview thumbnail

  • Asset name and contributor

  • Status badge (Submitted, Approved, Revision Needed, Declined)

  • Linked event or platform, if tagged

How assets get into the Library

Assets enter the Library automatically when contributors:

  • Submit work via Assignments

  • Upload files directly from the Library Upload panel

Admins and reviewers can also bulk upload assets or manually tag items during upload.

How the Library stays organized

The Library is structured around powerful filters and tags:

  • Filter by event, platform, or product

  • Tag assets by contributor type, campaign, or creative type

  • Use folders or pinned filters to group content for specific workflows

Every asset retains its history, including:

  • Submission date

  • Linked task or idea

  • Revision status and comments

Who can see what?

Access to the Library is permission-based:

  • Contributors only see assets they submitted or are tagged on

  • Admins and reviewers can see and filter all assets in the workspace

You can also manage approvals from within the Library, streamlining review cycles.
