How do I select approved assets for publishing?

Learn how to filter and select approved creatives in Yoho for publishing or sharing across channels.

Before launching ad content, you’ll want to make sure you’re working with the final, approved versions of your creatives. Yoho makes it easy to filter, review, and select assets that are ready to go live.


Step 1: Filter for approved assets

Go to Store → Library, then apply these filters:

  • Status = Approved

  • Optional: Filter by Platform, Campaign, or Contributor Type

This ensures you only see final assets that passed review.


Step 2: Select creatives to use

  • Click on any asset tile to preview and check usage details

  • Select one or more approved assets using the checkboxes

  • Use the Quick Actions menu to prepare for your next step


Step 3: Use approved assets for publishing or sharing

Currently, Yoho supports publishing directly to Facebook Ads.

You can also:

  • Add approved creatives to a Collection

  • Generate a Quick Share Link for internal or external teams

  • Include them in content reviews or partner handoffs


💡 Tip: Use pinned filters like “Approved + UGC + Instagram” to save time when selecting assets for reuse or handover, even if not publishing directly from Yoho.
