How does Yoho help maintain creative alignment with brand goals?

Keep your creative work aligned with brand strategy by using shared guidelines, structured briefs, and approval workflows in Yoho.

Updated over 3 months ago

Maintaining creative alignment requires more than just good intentions. Yoho makes it easy for your team to plan, create, and review content that reflects your brand’s goals and messaging.

Step 1: Set your brand foundation

Go to Settings → Creative Central → Brand Details and document the essentials:

  • Mission, vision, and long-term goals

  • Brand voice and tone

  • Customer insights, positioning, and messaging priorities

  • Product strategy and community approach

This provides a shared source of truth for everyone on your team.

Step 2: Use structured briefs

When planning content, select the relevant Angles, Audiences, and Creative Tags in your briefs. This helps contributors align their creative work with campaign goals and messaging strategy.

Step 3: Review before publishing

Set up approval workflows in Creative Central and use Approval Statuses to gate content before it goes live. This ensures only on-brand assets make it to launch.

Step 4: Track creative output against goals

Under Analyze → Creative Velocity, compare each team's output with the creative goals you've set. This lets you spot gaps and make informed adjustments to stay aligned with your objectives.

💡 Tip: Keep your Brand Details updated as your business evolves—this keeps everyone rowing in the same direction.
