Content Library FAQ

Updated this week

The Content Library is Yoho’s system of record for all creative. It’s designed specifically for DTC brands to store, review, categorize, and activate content across ads, social, and campaigns—without losing context or momentum.

This is not a generic file dump. It’s a working library built for scale.

What makes Yoho’s library “designed for DTC brands”?

Traditional DAMs store files. Yoho stores decision-ready content.

Yoho includes DTC-specific statuses and attributes that most digital asset management tools don’t support. This allows teams to answer real operational questions like:

  • Which assets are approved but haven’t launched as ads yet?

  • What content is cleared for paid vs social?

  • What creative is evergreen vs event-specific?

The library isn’t passive. It’s built to help brands take action.

How much content can I store?

Unlimited.

Every paid plan includes 3TB of storage by default, which is more than enough for most brands. If you need additional storage, Yoho can scale with you as your content operation grows.

How can I review new content that has been uploaded?

Admins can review new content directly in the Library tab.

By filtering for the Pending Review status, teams can instantly see everything that needs approval and move through reviews quickly without jumping between tools.

Can I categorize my assets by SKU?

Yes.

Brands can connect their Shopify account to Yoho for a real-time product sync. Once connected, assets can be linked directly to SKUs and easily queried later by product.

This makes it simple to find all creative tied to a specific product.

In what ways can I categorize my content?

Yoho supports deep, flexible categorization.

Assets can be organized using custom tags, customer personas, value propositions, approval statuses (ads vs social), evergreen vs campaign-based content, events, contributors, and more.

You can query content the way your brand actually thinks about creative.

Can I upload more than one asset at a time?

Yes.

Yoho supports bulk uploads, allowing you to upload hundreds of assets at once. This is especially helpful for photoshoots, creator drops, or migrating existing libraries into Yoho.

How can I share content without giving access to Yoho?

You can generate shareable links.

Select one or more assets in the library and a top action bar will appear. From there, you can create a public share link with optional expiration—perfect for agencies, partners, or media buyers who don’t need full platform access.
