The Create tab is Yoho’s content production engine. It’s where brands brief contributors, manage assignments, review deliverables, and turn ideas into approved, usable creative—without chaos or scattered tools.
Who are “contributors” in Yoho?
Contributors are anyone who provides content for your brand.
This can include UGC creators, creative agencies, video editors, graphic designers, affiliates, or internal team members. If someone contributes creative, Yoho treats them as a contributor.
What are assignments and how are they created?
Assignments are structured content briefs with due dates.
They’re created in the Assignments tab and automatically give contributors the context they need—brand assets, expectations, and visibility into the marketing calendar—so you spend less time briefing and more time moving work forward.
How can I track all assignments?
Admins can track every assignment from a centralized view.
You can see the status of each assignment, drill down into individual deliverables, and quickly identify what’s in progress, overdue, submitted, or ready for review.
Nothing slips through the cracks.
How can I review content that has been uploaded?
Admins can review content in two places:
The Assignments tab, by filtering to submitted assignments
The content library, by filtering for items pending review
This gives teams flexibility depending on whether they prefer reviewing by creator, by assignment, or by content type.
Can I request revisions?
Yes.
All assignments and deliverables support comments, feedback, and revision requests. Contributors are automatically notified when revisions are requested so feedback loops stay fast and centralized.
How many deliverables can be added to an assignment?
There is no limit.
Most brands include multiple deliverables per assignment, such as a polished video plus supporting B-roll, alternate hooks, or raw footage. Yoho is built to support creative iteration, not one-and-done uploads.
How can I add contributors to my account?
Contributors are added from the Contributors tab by clicking the plus icon.
Each contributor can be categorized by type—such as affiliates, UGC creators, agencies, or internal team members—so brands can organize workflows and report on performance by contributor type over time.
Can contributors upload content from their phone?
Yes.
Yoho is fully mobile-friendly, which is critical for creators who film and edit directly on their phones. Contributors can upload content without needing desktop access or extra tools.
Can affiliates upload content directly to Yoho for review?
Yes.
Yoho allows you to generate content collection links that affiliates can use to upload creative at scale, without needing to sign in or create an account. Submitted content flows directly into Yoho for review and approval.
This makes large-scale creator and affiliate programs easy to manage.
Are contributors notified when new assignments are created?
Yes.
Contributors receive an email notification whenever a new assignment is assigned to them, ensuring nothing is missed and work can start immediately.
