1️⃣ When you apply to a Brand's campaign, they'll aim to respond via the app within 48 hours. However, Brands can get busy at times, so there may be occasional delays. 🕗
2️⃣ If your application hasn’t been approved within 5 days, please consider rescheduling your booking for a later date to allow Brands more time to confirm. ✋
3️⃣ If it gets to 7 days and the Brand has not responded, your booking will unfortunately expire.
🙋♀️ What to do if you’re booking has expired? In these cases, we’d suggest that you reapply for the campaign or find an alternative one to apply to. We understand how frustrating this can be and your patience isn’t something we take for granted. As always, we’re here to support you if you have any questions! ❤️

Some Brands receive a high number of applications, which can create a short waiting list. This happens because each brand has a limited number of open bookings at any one time (i.e. active collaborations that haven’t been completed yet). Once that limit’s reached, new applicants join the queue and get a push notification as soon as a spot opens up. 💌
If you’re on the list, don’t worry - your place is secure! When your turn comes up, you’ll have 24 hours to confirm your spot and complete the booking. 📋
NB: If you don’t confirm within 24 hours, your spot will be offered to the next Creator in line to keep things fair. You can always reapply later, but we recommend keeping an eye out so you don’t miss your chance! 👀

🔔 Plans can change, and that’s okay! We ask that you give us & Brands at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

✉️ Heads up: Not all brands can be flexible with dates due to existing commitments. If your reschedule request isn’t approved in time, it’s best to cancel your booking so it doesn’t appear as overdue. ⌛ You can reapply to the campaign anytime!

For last-minute changes (i.e. less than 24 hours notice) you’ll need to:
Reach out to the venue directly - we’ll share their details within the app. Give them a call to explain the situation so the staff on shift know to adjust plans etc. 📞
Confirm your cancellation with us - within the app, please confirm that you’ve informed the venue & would like to proceed with cancelling through Joli. This will close you’re booking, instead of leaving it overdue / missing content 🔁
