At Joli, we’re here to make the booking process smooth and efficient for both Brands and Creators. We understand that questions can come up along the way, so we've got you covered!

Booking Applications

When you apply to a brand's offer, they'll aim to respond within 48 hours. However, they can get busy at times, so there may be occasional delays. 🕗

If your application hasn’t been approved within 3-5 days, consider rescheduling your booking for a later date to allow Brands more time. Your patience means a lot to us, and we’re here to support you if you have questions!

Waiting List

Some brands receive a high number of applications, which can lead to a waiting list. Each brand has a limit on the number of open bookings (including pending applications and upcoming bookings). Once this limit is reached, creators are added to a queue and notified via push notification when a spot becomes available. 💌

If you’re on the list, no need to worry! Once you reach the top, you’ll have 24 hours to confirm your spot and proceed with the booking. We’ve got your spot held securely in line! 📋

Rescheduling or Canceling a Booking

Plans can change, and that’s okay! You can easily reschedule or cancel your booking directly within the app. We’ve made the process quick and hassle-free for you. 😎

Brands may not always be flexible with dates due to prior commitments. If your rescheduling request isn’t approved by the selected date, you may need to proceed with canceling to prevent it from appearing as overdue in the app. ⌛

Late Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we recommend doing so at least 24 hours before your booking date. For last-minute changes, it’s a good idea to reach out to the venue directly and then let us know once you've done so. This helps them adjust and avoid any potential issues.

Frequent Cancellations or No-Shows

We know that life happens, but repeated cancellations or no-shows can effect your future collaborations with Brands. To avoid this, we encourage you to contact our support team if something comes up. This helps us keep everything running smoothly.
