In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to review and approve influencer applications, schedule visits, and monitor progress from initial booking to content delivery. This ensures your campaign stays on track and meets your expectations.

New Applications

  • What It Is: Applications from creators for your campaign.

  • Response Time: Respond within 48 hours for the best results

Decline: If not a fit, decline the application (creator are notified).

Schedule Visit: Approve and set a visit date; creator gets confirmation.

Upcoming

  • What It Is: Displays upcoming visits with creator details.

  • Purpose: Helps brands stay organised and manage visits.

In Progress

  • What It Is: Creator has visited, but content is pending (due within 14 days post visit unless specified otherwise in campaign information).

  • Actions: Track overdue content, view timeline, and report issues.

Completed

  • What It Is: Creator has uploaded all content or brand has marked complete.

  • Feedback: View creator reviews (1-5 stars) with written feedback. This feedback is for brands only, held privately.

Archived

  • What It Is: Shows expired or cancelled applications.

  • Notes: Joli automatically expires applications if creators have not had a response within 5 days
