How to Reconnect Your Instagram Account to Joli App

Having trouble reconnecting your Instagram account to Joli? You're in the right place!

Let’s walk through the steps to get you back on track!


1. Reconnect Instagram to Joli

Open the Joli app and tap Reconnect when you see the notification that the Instagram connection has expired.


2. Go to Profile Settings

In your Joli profile settings, find the Instagram section and tap Reconnect.


3. Log in to Instagram

Enter your Instagram username (not your email) and password on the login screen. Be sure to use the username for the account you want to connect, and make sure it’s a professional Instagram account.


If you've forgotten your password, reset it here.


4. Enter Your Two-Factor Authentication Code

If enabled, enter the 6-digit code from your authentication app.


5. Grant Access to Joli

Tap Allow to grant Joli access to your Instagram data.


6. Confirm Connection in Joli

Once connected, make sure Instagram shows as Connected in Joli. Then, tap Save to finish.


You’re all set! You can now use Instagram on Joli again. 😊
