    • It keeps connecting to your personal page instead of your professional one.

    • Reconnecting takes you back to the reconnect page.

    • You've tried reconnecting using Facebook, but it doesn’t work.

    • You’ve recently changed your Instagram username and are unable to reconnect.

Let’s walk through the steps to get you back on track! At the same time, it helps us provide faster and more effective support if you need to reach out. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Reconnect Instagram to Joli App

Open the Joli app, and tap Reconnect when you see the notification that the Instagram connection has expired.

Step 2: Reconnecting Instagram Profile

Go to your Joli profile settings, find the Instagram section, and tap Reconnect.

Step 3: Login to Instagram

Enter your Instagram account username (not your email) and password on the Instagram login screen. The username you use should be for the account you want to connect, and the account should be a professional Instagram account.

Step 4: Enter Two-Factor Authentication Code

If enabled, enter the 6-digit code from your authentication app.

Step 5: Allow Joli App to Access Instagram

Grant Joli access by tapping Allow to continue sharing your Instagram data.

Step 6: Confirm Connection in Joli

Once Instagram is connected, ensure it shows as Connected in Joli, and tap Save to finish.

Now you’re ready to use Instagram on Joli again! 😊
