Q: How do I add a new brand or location to Joli?
A: Head to your Brand logo tab and select + Add Brand or Settings >Locations > + New Location. You’ll be guided through a few quick steps. For a detailed guide, check our Brand & Location Setup article.
Q: Can I invite my team to help manage campaigns?
A: Yes! Under Brand Settings > Team, you can invite additional users by entering their email address.

Q: How do I create my first campaign?
A: Click + New Campaign in your Campaigns dashboard. Follow the guided setup, where you can customise offers, set availability, and choose your approval preferences. See our Create Your First Campaign guide for full details.
Q: What approval setting should I use?
A: Manual Approval gives you full control. Smart-Approval helps reduce admin & streamline bookings with custom filters. Approve All is ideal for high-volume campaign needs.
Q: Can I invite specific creators only?
A: Yes! Set your campaign to Invite Only and share the link directly with selected creators.

Q: How do I manage incoming creator applications?
A: Go to your Bookings > New Applications tab. From here, you can review profiles and accept or decline creators. You can also activate Smart-Approval rules. Check out our Managing Creator Applications guide.
Q: How do Smart-Approval bookings work?
A: If a creator aligns with your set criteria, they select a visit time based on your availability settings and create the booking. You’ll be notified by email and on the Upcoming bookings tab to confirm.
Q: How can I stop creators booking during busy periods?
A: Use the Excluded Hours feature under Location Settings > Advanced Options to block out certain times/days. Note this will apply to all campaigns for this location.

Q: Where can I find the content that creators post?
A: All content appears in your Content Library. You can view, filter, and download it there.
Q: Can I reuse the content on my own channels?
A: Yes! Content created through Joli campaigns is gifted, and you are welcome to repost it across your social media, website, or marketing. You can also repurpose content for paid ads, just make sure to tag the creator and message them beforehand.
Q: How do I measure campaign success?
A: Your Reporting Dashboard includes key stats like bookings, views and engagement. Learn more in our Reporting Dashboard guide.

Q: What is Smart Approval?
A: Smart Approval lets you automate bookings by setting rules like minimum followers or engagement rates. You can still manually review anyone who doesn’t meet your criteria.
Q: How do I integrate Access Collins bookings?
A: Joli integrates with Collins to create a seamless creator booking experience and reduce team admin time even further. To setup the integration we need your Collins API key and an introduction to your Collins Account Manager. Please contact support@joliapp.com for further details.
