✅ Creator Vetting Process
Every creator on Joli is carefully vetted to ensure quality and professionalism:
Profile review: We check social reach, engagement rate, and content style before inviting anyone. Every creator must showcase at least 25% food & drinks related content for relevance.
Authenticity checks: We screen for fake followers or bots to maintain an honest creator pool.
Performance tracking: We monitor performance (e.g. followers, views, engagement) and flag creators whose content quality dips over time.
24-Hour Confirmation: We prompt our influencers/creators to confirm their attendance 24-hours before their planned visit. At this stage, they have the option to confirm, reschedule, or cancel ⏰.
Overall, this means brands can trust our creators to deliver great authentic UGC.
📅 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To keep your campaign running smoothly:
Creator cancellations:
We ask creators to cancel with at least 48- hours notice via the app.
Late cancellations or no-shows are flagged - repeat offenders may be removed from the platform.
Booking reschedules:
Creators can request rescheduling up to 24-hours before the visit.
You’ll get a notification and can reschedule or cancel as needed.
Late cancellations: If an influencer or creator needs to cancel or reschedule within 24-hours of their visit, we emphasise the importance of notifying the site directly ☎️. We provide the site’s phone number and require confirmation that the call has been made. This is all logged by Joli for tracking.

🕙 Late or Missing Content
Creators are given 14 days to upload their content from the date of visit.
Sometimes we see stories uploaded straight away. Reels and TikTok videos can require some time editing and scheduling so we expect that to take a little longer.
As most campaigns are gifted, we cannot force them to post. But we can certainly monitor their behaviour. If there's instances where they're not fulfilling by creating content, we can take action based on our creator community guidelines.
If you notice an issue with overdue content, please 'Report Issue' in bookings > In Progress. Creators with overdue content are blocked from applying to any other campaigns until they have fulfilled their content requirements.

👥 Behaviour & Quality Monitoring
Creators agree to our house rules when they join Joli:
Adhere to agreed-upon brief and content guidelines.
Post within the designated timeframe (e.g. within 14 days of visit).
Stick to cancellation policy.
In addition to needing to meet our minimum quality criteria, Creator behaviour is actively monitored. Joli actively tracks no-shows, reschedules, cancellations and late or missing content. We monitor creator and influencer behaviour closely to ensure our community guidelines are followed. Creators who violate these rules repeatedly may be excluded from future campaigns, or may be removed from the app permanently.
❓ FAQs:
Q: What happens if they don’t contact our teams to let them know?
A: While we do everything we can to minimise this, last-minute cancellations and no-shows may still occur, just as they can with regular customers. We can’t hold deposits since our campaigns are primarily gifted experiences.
Q: How can I blacklist a creator for cancelling?
When they apply, you can block future applications from that influencer or creator. They won’t be able to see or apply for any future listings or campaigns.
