Head to the Studio section in your dashboard and hit New brief.
This is where you’ll tell the Creator what you’re looking for. Keep it clear and focused—check out our guide on how to write a great content brief if you want tips on what to include (and what to avoid).

The more clarity you give up front, the fewer revisions you'll need later.
2. Get automatically matched with a top Creator
Once your brief is live, we’ll match you with a Creator who's a strong fit based on location, style, and past performance.
You’ll be able to:
See their portfolio, location and rating
Approve or skip them if they’re not quite right
3. Approve and chat directly
Once approved, you’ll unlock the ability to chat with your Creator to finalise logistics like:
Date and time of the shoot
Any last-minute details (e.g. changes to menu, lighting, who to ask for)
4. Review and approve content
After the shoot, the Creator will upload all deliverables directly to your dashboard.
You can:
Preview all videos and images
Leave timestamped comments for feedback
Request tweaks if needed—no limit on revisions
✏️ Feedback is sent directly to the Creator so they can adjust as needed.
5. Approve when you're happy
Once the content hits the mark, hit Approve. This wraps up the brief and releases payment to the Creator.
You’ll always have access to:
The full set of approved content
Performance stats (if used in campaigns)
A complete content history for your brand
