You can cancel your booking in just a few taps š
Go to the booking on the app:
1ļøā£ Tap āI couldnāt make itā
After the booking time has passed, youāll see a screen asking āHow was your visit?ā
If you didnāt attend:
Donāt leave a star rating ā
Tap āI couldnāt make itā at the bottom of the screen
This makes sure the booking is recorded as missed ā not reviewed.
2ļøā£ Select Cancel Booking
On the Missed Booking screen:
Tap Cancel Booking ā
Choose Reschedule only if you plan to rebook š
3ļøā£ Add a reason and confirm
Enter a short reason for the cancellation āļø
Then tap Cancel to confirm.
Thatās it ā the venue will be notified automatically ā
