Cancel a Booking You Missed

If you couldn’t attend your booking, you can cancel it in just a few taps 👇

Go to the booking on the app:


1️⃣ Tap “I couldn’t make it”

After the booking time has passed, you’ll see a screen asking “How was your visit?”

If you didn’t attend:

  • Don’t leave a star rating ⭐

  • Tap “I couldn’t make it” at the bottom of the screen

This makes sure the booking is recorded as missed — not reviewed.


2️⃣ Select Cancel Booking

On the Missed Booking screen:

  • Tap Cancel Booking

  • Choose Reschedule only if you plan to rebook 🔁


3️⃣ Add a reason and confirm

Enter a short reason for the cancellation ✍️
Then tap Cancel to confirm.

That’s it — the venue will be notified automatically ✅
