If Joli App is connecting to the wrong Instagram account, it usually means a different Instagram profile is currently logged into instagram.com in your browser.
✨ Joli App automatically detects the Instagram account logged into your browser, so before connecting/reconnecting your account in Joli App, make sure the correct Instagram profile is signed in on instagram.com.
You can switch accounts in two ways.
✅ Option 1: Switch Accounts Without Logging Out
1️⃣ Open Instagram.com
Open Chrome, Safari, or your preferred browser and go to:
instagram.com
Instagram will usually open the account already logged into that browser.
2️⃣ Open Your Profile
Tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
3️⃣ Tap Your Username
At the top of the page, tap your username.
4️⃣ Log Into the Correct Instagram Account
Enter the username and password for the Instagram account you want to connect to Joli App.
🔐 Option 2: Log Out and Sign Into Another Account
If switching accounts doesn’t work, log out completely and sign back in with the correct account.
1️⃣ Open Settings
From your Instagram profile page, tap the Settings icon.
2️⃣ Log Out
Scroll down and tap Log Out.
3️⃣ Tap “Use another profile”
After logging out, Instagram will show previously used accounts.
Tap Use another profile.
4️⃣ Sign Into the Correct Account
Enter the login details for the Instagram account you want Joli App to connect to.
✅ Once logged in, go back to Joli App and reconnect your Instagram account.
📌 Important
Joli App can only detect the Instagram account currently logged into instagram.com in your browser.
✅ Always make sure the correct Instagram profile is logged into your browser before connecting to Joli App.
