In some cases, your Facebook user can become disconnected from the Facebook Page or Instagram account that was previously connected.
Here's how to fix it:
Go to your Instagram account settings
Select Edit profile section
Go yo your Page Settings
Connect a Page or if the Page is showing as connected, then remove the Page and reconnect it

Additional troubleshooting steps
Check if your Page has been deactivated by Facebook
Go to your pages on Facebook
Go to your connected Facebook Page
There will be a reactivate button if it's been deactivated
Remove the Instagram Account from the Facebook Page
Go to your pages on Facebook
Go to your connected Facebook Page
Find the Instagram or Linked Accounts section and disconnect Instagram
Go back to you profile on the Instagram app
Click edit profile β Pages
Reconnect the Facebook Page
Remove the previous Joli integration
On Facebook find Settings β Business integrations
βhttps://facebook.com/settings/business_integrations/Remove the Joli business integration
