Overview
24-Hour Confirmation: We prompt our influencers/creators to confirm their attendance 24 hours before their planned visit. At this stage, they have the option to confirm, reschedule, or cancel ⏰.
Late Cancellations/Reschedules: If an influencer or creator needs to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their visit, we emphasise the importance of notifying the site directly ☎️. We provide the site’s phone number and require confirmation that the call has been made. This is all logged by Joli for tracking.
Rescheduling and Cancellations: If a rescheduling occurs well in advance, their application will reappear in your bookings for additional approval. For cancellations, you can track the reasons under Bookings > Archived 💡
Opt-In Policy: By default, all Joli customers are enrolled in our 24-hour notice policy, but you can adjust this anytime in Settings > Profile 🙏. For QSRs and street food vendors who don’t require direct team contact, we recommend opting out 😊. If you have your own booking policy, feel free to follow your standard protocol.
Behaviour Monitoring: Joli actively tracks no-shows, reschedules, and cancellations. We monitor creator and influencer behaviour closely to ensure our community guidelines are followed.

Where can I track no shows?
You can view no-shows in Bookings > Archived and on the activity feed when you click on each booking under Bookings > In Progress.
What happens if they don’t contact our teams to let them know?
While we do everything we can to minimise this, last-minute cancellations and no-shows may still occur, just as they can with regular customers. We can’t hold deposits since our campaigns are primarily gifted experiences.
How can I blacklist a creator for cancelling?
When they apply, you can block future applications from that influencer or creator. They won’t be able to see or apply for any future listings or campaigns.
How do you keep track of creators doing too many no shows and cancellations?
Joli actively monitors creator behaviour daily. We track overdue content, no-shows, cancellations, and content performance. If a creator repeatedly ignores our community guidelines, we may freeze their account and prevent further use of Joli.
