Joli helps brands tap into new audiences and potential customers through our network of content creators. Some have a larger audience, whilst others slightly more niche.
But we like to refer to ours as creators with influence. When we're vetting, we're looking for UGC creators who can tell a story in a stylised way. But they have an audience that's engaged and has a minimum level of reach. We champion authenticity and we'd recommend letting them lead on creative, using your listings as a brief or style guide
When should we expect to see all the content?
Joli allows all creators to upload all content up to 14 days post visit.
Tip 💡 Please specify in the listing if you're looking for reels, image carousels or tiktok videos but we ask them to mark their booking complete by uploading a reel/feed post or tiktok and a few stories as our house rules.
Anything later than the 14 days is being monitored by the Joli team.
Sometimes we see stories uploaded straight away. Reels and TikTok videos can require some time editing and scheduling so we expect that to take a little longer.
As most campaigns are gifted, we cannot force them to post. But we can certainly monitor their behaviour. If there's instances where they're not fulfilling by creating content, we can take action based on our creator community guidelines.
If you notice an issue with overdue content, please 'report issue' in bookings > in progress

Where can I see all of the content?
When logged in to Joli, you can access your content library to analyse the performance of each post along with top performing posts and wider reporting in reports
We like to call this our UGC library where we pull through all content created by our creators who have a valid booking with you on the platform
