In the hospitality industry, it’s crucial to consider additional metrics that indicate deeper engagement and influence on purchasing decisions. Focus on how often content is being saved and shared. These actions suggest that viewers find the content valuable and are likely planning to reference it for future purchasing and booking decisions.

How do I add more users to my account?
On the Joli web app, find the 'Settings’ and then ‘Team’ section in the left sidebar.
You can invite your team members via their email address. The team member will get an email to accept the invitation.
Once the team member has been accepted, you can follow the tricolon icon to either ‘Make Admin’ or ‘Remove’
How do I remove users from my account?
On the Joli web app, find the 'Settings’ and then ‘Team’ section in the left sidebar. This will show the list of your team members who have access to Joli.

How do I add sites?
Navigate to Locations: On the Joli web app, find the 'Locations' section in the left sidebar.
Add a New Location: Click on ‘+ New Location’. This will take you to the ‘Search for Address’ feature, which integrates with Google Maps.
Enter Details: After selecting the address, click ‘Next’. Ensure all information is accurate, including opening hours, address, and email for the location.
Is it okay for creators to have customers in the background of videos and photographs in our location?
Under the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, videos and photos that show people's identities are considered personal data. However, this law doesn't apply to personal data that's used by someone for purely personal or household activities. For example, if you're on holiday and you film or take pictures of your family in a public place, and other people happen to be in the background, this isn't covered by data protection laws. Similarly, it's fine for creators to take photos and videos inside the venue for personal use, as they are not subject to data protection legislation in this context.

How will my teams on site be notified about an influencer visit?
Joli can integrate to booking systems commonly used in the hospitality & leisure sector.
You can see available integrations in settings or contact support for more information.
Without a booking system integration, you’ll need to add the influencers’ details to your booking system for complete visibility for your teams or email them the instructions.
Once you receive an influencer application, you can access the influencers’ contact details.
If your business doesn’t require a booking, then influencers can show the Joli booking confirmation when they arrive. We’d encourage you to instruct teams on who to expect and how it works in terms of the complimentary arrangement.
You can add a sites’ email address in Locations. They will only get emails for confirmed bookings.
