Besides your Joomag account premium plan subscription, you may also have active subscriptions to Joomag's additional services, such as the extra storage, account users, branded applications, custom domains, publications and active readers packages and email limitations.
If you wish to cancel any of the subscriptions, follow the instructions below:
Click Settings on the left sidebar.
Proceed to the Billing section.
The billing page consists of three parts:
Current Plan
Additional Services
Invoices
Scroll down to see the Additional Services you have and click Cancel Subscription where necessary.
4. Read the note carefully and click Cancel Subscription to confirm the cancelation.
Note: Your account premium features and functions will remain active till the end of your billing cycle. |
