  1. Introduction of finding related career data on Learn More Pages (5 min)

  2. Discover Education/Degree required and Salary information

  3. Place information from 5 career choices in a spreadsheet or graphic organizer to compare and contrast your career options (20 min)

  4. Share with group your findings (15 min)

Homework:

Answer the questions below in a one-page report prior to the next class:

  1. List the top five jobs/careers that are the most appealing to you from the results list

  2. Pick one job/career from your top five list that is the most appealing to you and include the following information: income, education, job stability, future prospects and related occupations and state why you are interested in this job/career.

  3. Choose one job/career from the results list that would be the least appealing to you, write down: income, education, job stability, future prospects and related occupations and why you are not interested in this job/career.
