  1. Describe and explain similar jobs within a preferred job cluster with confidence and answer questions on their findings

1. Demonstrate advocacy skills and the ability to assert self, when necessary

2. Propel conversations by posing and responding to questions that probe reasoning and evidence

Lesson Objectives:

1. Provide Instruction to students using their findings from Lesson 6, discuss with class/group including answering questions by others (5 min)

2. Using the findings, promote leading questions on transferable skills, what did they find that may have been a surprise, what careers did they find that may be an entry level while pursuing their ultimate choice, did they find something that they didn’t know existed that has created interest, etc (35 min)

3. Depending on size of class and the discussions this may take more than 1 class period
