Your subscription is registered through the App Store or Google Play. This then connects to an account, usually via the email address you enter, in Simply Piano. Sometimes, there is a problem connecting between these two or a change in these accounts results in your account not registering the subscription. A few quick steps can solve this.
- Make sure your device is logged onto the same Apple ID or Google Play account that purchased the subscription.
- Open Simply Piano and tap the Menu.
- If you have an iOS device, tap Settings (skip this step if you have an Android device).
- Scroll down to and tap on Restore Purchases.
