Available on the Free plan

If you already have a spreadsheet of reviews with column headers, you can quickly upload it to Judge.me and match your data to the correct review fields, no manual formatting required. This helps you migrate reviews easily from other platforms or legacy files.

Why imported reviews aren't verified

Imported reviews won't be verified in Judge.me since they don't provide verification data that meets our standards.

We uphold strict verification standards to ensure that Judge.me medals remain a powerful trust signal, which helps you:

  • Build stronger credibility with potential customers

  • Stand out from competitors with authentic social proof

  • Increase conversion rates through customer feedback

To maximize your impact:

  • Focus on collecting new verified reviews via Judge.me’s review requests to maintain a strong medal performance.

  • Enable Review transparency badges to show customers where each review comes from and boost trust.

Step 1. Upload your review file

To start importing reviews from a spreadsheet:

  • From your Judge.me admin, go to Settings > Import reviews.

  • Scroll to Manual reviews import > Import from a spreadsheet.

  • Click Get started.

  • Upload your review file (.csv, .xls, or .xlsx).

  • Choose to import your reviews as product or store reviews.

  • Check the box I confirm my reviews are genuine and I have permission to import them.

  • Click Next.

Step 2. Match your columns

After uploading, you’ll see a table to map your spreadsheet columns to Judge.me review fields.

  • Use the dropdowns to match your columns to each field.

  • If you don't have any column in your file that could map with a review field, select Skipped.

  • Make sure that all the required fields are matched. If not, you'll see an error.
