If you already have a spreadsheet of reviews with column headers, you can quickly upload it to Judge.me and match your data to the correct review fields, no manual formatting required. This helps you migrate reviews easily from other platforms or legacy files.

Imported reviews won't be verified in Judge.me since they don't provide verification data that meets our standards.
We uphold strict verification standards to ensure that Judge.me medals remain a powerful trust signal, which helps you:

Increase conversion rates through customer feedback
To maximize your impact:
Focus on collecting new verified reviews via Judge.me’s review requests to maintain a strong medal performance.
Enable Review transparency badges to show customers where each review comes from and boost trust.
Step 1. Upload your review file
To start importing reviews from a spreadsheet:
Scroll to Manual reviews import > Import from a spreadsheet.
Click Get started.
Upload your review file (.csv, .xls, or .xlsx).
Choose to import your reviews as product or store reviews.
Check the box I confirm my reviews are genuine and I have permission to import them.
Click Next.
Step 2. Match your columns
After uploading, you’ll see a table to map your spreadsheet columns to Judge.me review fields.
Use the dropdowns to match your columns to each field.
If you don't have any column in your file that could map with a review field, select Skipped.
Make sure that all the required fields are matched. If not, you'll see an error.
Here’s what each review field means:

Update date format
If the date format is detected correctly and you're ready to go, click Next to move to the next step.
If the date format is not detected or you want to change it:
Click the Update date format link next to your review date row.
Click Attributes to open the list of supported formats, or manually enter your own. Example:
YYYY-DDMM
(Y = year, D = day, M = month).Click Save.
Once the format looks correct, click Next to move to the next step.
Step 3. Select product identifier
In this step, you'll choose how you'd like to match the reviews with your products. Please make sure to include one of these identifiers in your review file:

Use Product URL, handle or SKU
Select your preferred product identifier: Product URL, handle, or SKU.
Select the corresponding column of that identifier in your file from the dropdown menu. For example, select Product SKU and then the column that contains the SKU data from your file.
Click Import and you're all set. We’ll email you when the import is complete.
Note: If multiple products share the same SKU, we’ll match reviews to the first product found.
Use manual product mapping
Select Manual product mapping (by reference column).
Select the corresponding column of that identifier in your file from the dropdown menu.
Click Next. You'll be able to map the products in the next step.
Step 4. Map products (optional)
If you choose Product URL, handle, or SKU in the last step, your reviews should have been imported, and you don't need to perform this step.
If you choose Manual product mapping as your product identifier in the last step, you can map your product in this step.
