Easily bring in your existing customer reviews and boost your store’s credibility! Judge.me offers multiple hassle-free methods to import reviews, whether you have a CSV file (under 10MB) or want to sync reviews from AliExpress, Etsy, Amazon, or other platforms—all at no cost.
1. Import reviews from a previous review app
If you have used another review app and want to transfer your reviews to Judge.me, follow these steps:
From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Manage Reviews > Import & sync reviews.
Search for your previous review app (e.g., Loox, Yotpo, Air Reviews, Vitals, Klaviyo Reviews, Areviews, Rivyo, Stamped.io, Ali Reviews, Trustoo.io, Ryviu, Fera, Opinew, Reviews.io, Growave, Okendo, Junip, Feefo, Editorify).
Upload your CSV file and click Import.

To import reviews from another review app into Judge.me:
From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Settings > Import Reviews.
Click Import from apps under the From review apps section.
Choose the app you were using previously (e.g., Loox, Yotpo, Air Reviews, Vitals, Klaviyo Reviews, Areviews, Rivyo, Stamped.io, Ali Reviews, Trustoo.io, Ryviu, Fera, Opinew, Reviews.io, Growave, Okendo, Junip, Feefo, Editorify).
Upload your CSV file and click Import.
Notes:
If importing from a previous store, ensure that your product URLs match those in the new store.
If you have reviews from sources like Facebook, Instagram, or offline sales, and do not have a CSV file, follow this guide to prepare a CSV file.
2. Use the import wizard
If your CSV file is not from one of the supported apps mentioned above, you can still import it using the Import Wizard:
From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Manage Reviews > Import & sync reviews.
Scroll down to the Import Wizard section and click Open Wizard.
Upload your CSV file and click Import.
For other e-commerce platforms
For other e-commerce platforms
In your Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Import & Export > Import Reviews > From Any Template (with Import Wizard).
Upload your CSV file and click Next.
Match the columns in your CSV file (column name) with Judge.me’s fields and click Next. Judge.me will attempt to match columns automatically.
Confirm the date format of your reviews. If correct, click Import.

If your CSV file is not from one of the supported apps, you can still import your reviews from a spreadsheet format into Judge.me.
Steps to import reviews from a spreadsheet:
From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Settings > Import Reviews.
Scroll down to the From a spreadsheet section and click Import from a spreadsheet.
Upload your CSV file and click Import.
Match the columns in your CSV file with the corresponding Judge.me fields. Judge.me will attempt to match these columns automatically, but you can adjust them as needed.
Confirm the date format of your reviews. If correct, click Import.
3. Import reviews from AliExpress, Etsy and Amazon
If you have reviews on other e-commerce platforms such as AliExpress, Etsy, Amazon, and WooCommerce, you can import them to Judge.me following these steps:
From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Manage Reviews > Import & sync reviews.
Scroll down to the Import from e-commerce platforms section.
Choose the platform you want to import from and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you have reviews on platforms such as AliExpress, Amazon, or Etsy, you can import them into Judge.me by following these steps:
4. Sync reviews with other Shopify stores using Judge.me
If you operate multiple Shopify stores selling the same products, you can share reviews across them. To ensure accurate syncing, make sure all products share the same SKU codes.
Follow these steps to set up your review syndication:
From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Manage Reviews > Import & sync reviews.
Scroll down to the Sync Reviews section.
Click Sync reviews with other Shopify stores and follow the instructions.

If you have multiple Shopify stores selling the same products, you can share reviews across them. Judge.me uses SKU codes to match products between stores and sync reviews. To ensure reviews are shared correctly, make sure the same products in each store use the same SKU codes.
Steps to set up review syndication:
From your Judge.me Reviews app, go to Settings > Import Reviews.
Scroll down to the From another store that uses Judge.me section.
Click Import from Judge.me.
Scroll down to the Sync reviews from other Shopify store section.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. For more details, refer to our review syndication guide.
If you encounter import errors
If you encounter errors during the import process, try these steps:
Copy and paste your reviews into Google Sheets.
Download them as a CSV file.
Try importing again using the new CSV file.
If errors persist and you receive an error notification via email, refer to our import troubleshooting guide for solutions.
