Steps to import reviews from AliExpress
Step 1: Choose a suitable AliExpress product
To find products from AliExpress:
Go to AliExpress and find the product you want to import reviews from (the product must have existing reviews).
Copy the full URL of the product from the browser address bar for the next step.
Step 2: Import reviews with Judge.me AliExpress Review Importer
Judge.me AliExpress Reviews Importer app is a separate, free app built for Shopify merchants who sell AliExpress-sourced products.
To import AliExpress reviews using Judge.me AliExpress Review Importer:
From the Judge.me AliExpress admin, find the Shopify product you want to import reviews to.
In the AliExpress URL field, paste in the AliExpress product URL you copied from Step 1.
Click Import.

Step 3: Check the import results
Once you've clicked Import reviews:
The import will be run in the background.
To see its process:
From the Judge.me AliExpress admin, scroll down to the Import logs section.
The log will first show: “Started the process of importing reviews from…”
Refresh the page after a couple of minutes to see whether the import was successful or failed.
If successful, you’ll see how many reviews were imported.
If failed, the log will mention that no reviews were found, with a suggestion to adjust your import settings.
If you enable "Email when import completed", you'll also receive an email notification when the import finishes
Step 4: Display the reviews with Judge.me Product Reviews
The Judge.me AliExpress Review Importer app only handles importing reviews—it does not display them on your storefront by itself.
To show the imported reviews on your product page:
Install the Judge.me Product Reviews app (if you haven’t already).
Any reviews you’ve imported from AliExpress will automatically appear in the Judge.me Product Reviews app and the Review Widget on the corresponding Shopify product.
Delete AliExpress imported reviews
To delete AliExpress imported reviews in the Judge.me AliExpress Review Importer app:
Delete selected AliExpress reviews:
From the Judge.me AliExpress admin, go to Reviews.

Troubleshoot
Invalid shop domain
Invalid shop domain
Issue:
When trying to install the Judge.me AliExpress Reviews Importer app from the Judge.me Product Reviews app, you may encounter an "Invalid shop domain" error after following these steps:
From your Judge.me admin, go to Manage reviews > Reviews dashboard.
Click the Import & sync reviews button on the top right.
Scroll down to the Import from e-commerce platforms section.
Next to AliExpress, click Install app.
A new screen appears asking for your store domain.
You enter your store URL, but receive an error: "Invalid shop domain".
Why it happens:
The "Invalid shop domain" error typically occurs when you enter your custom domain (e.g. www.mystore.com) instead of your Shopify store domain (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com).
How to fix:
Use your Shopify store domain (e.g. mystore.myshopify.com) instead of your custom domain.
