Use Judge.me and Klaviyo together to trigger personalized follow-ups after a review or question is submitted. Stay connected with customers and turn feedback into action.
Why use this integration
Follow-up flows help you build stronger relationships by responding to customer interactions in real time. You can:
Offer support after a negative review to recover the experience.
Thank satisfied customers and build loyalty.
Encourage shoppers who submit questions to make a purchase.
By automating these touchpoints, you save time and create a more engaging customer journey.
How the integration works
Once the integration is enabled, Judge.me automatically sends events to Klaviyo when a customer submits a review or question. You can use these events to:
Trigger flows for positive or negative reviews.
Segment users by sentiment or product engagement.
Personalize email content with review data.
Notes:
Events are sent for both published and unpublished reviews.
Imported reviews do not trigger events.
The customer must already be on your Klaviyo subscriber list for events to be recorded in their Klaviyo profile.
