Why is my premium subscription not appearing?

Help activating your professional subscription.

To confirm that your subscription has been activated, please click on your "Profile Icon" on the bottom left of the screen

Then, under "Your Account", you will see your Active Subscription

If you have subscribed to a premium plan but are not seeing it activate, please contact us via the in-app "Contact Support" button, or by reaching out to us at support@juicebox.work.
