Your Proof of Address must clearly confirm where you live and must match the details on your Juicyway profile. Rejections typically happen for one of the following reasons:
1. The Document Is Older Than 90 Days
Proof of Address documents must be issued within the last 90 days.
Older documents are considered outdated and cannot be accepted.
2. The Document Is a Screenshot or Edited
Screenshots, scanned copies with filters, or edited images are automatically rejected.
The system requires original, unaltered documents.
3. Name or Address Does Not Match Your Juicyway Profile
The document must show:
Your full name
Your full residential address
These details must exactly match what you entered on Juicyway.
Accepted Proof of Address Documents
Juicyway accepts the following documents only if they meet all requirements:
Bank Statement
Utility Bill (e.g. electricity, water, or internet)
Proof of Address Requirements Checklist
Before uploading, confirm that your document:
Was issued within the last 90 days
Shows your full name
Shows your full residential address
Is a clear photo or original PDF
Has not been edited, filtered, or screenshotted
Shows all edges of the document
How to Fix a Rejected Proof of Address
If your document was rejected:
Request a new bank statement or utility bill
Ensure your Juicyway profile details match the document
Take a clear photo or upload the original PDF
Upload the document directly—do not edit or crop it
