Accepted Proof of ID for Nigerians
Juicyway accepts the following valid and unexpired government-issued IDs:
NIN Card
International Passport
Driver’s License
Important note: NIN slips are not accepted. Only the NIN card can be used for verification.
Common Reasons Proof of ID Gets Rejected
1. The ID Has Expired
Expired documents cannot be verified.
Always confirm the expiry date before uploading.
2. An NIN Slip Was Uploaded
NIN slips do not contain enough verification details.
Only the NIN card is acceptable.
3. Wrong Side of the ID Was Uploaded
For Nigerians, upload only the front side of your ID.
Uploading only the back page will result in rejection.
4. The Image Is Cropped, Edited, or a Screenshot
Cropped edges, filters, or screenshots invalidate the document.
Upload a full, original image.
5. The Image Is Blurry, or the text is not clear
All text must be sharp and readable, including your name and photo.
Blurry images cannot be processed.
6. Flashlight Glare Obscured the ID
Camera flash can cause reflection and blur important details.
This often leads to automatic rejection.

Follow these best practices to avoid another rejection:
Use a valid and unexpired ID
Place the ID on a flat, well-lit surface
Turn off camera flash
Take the photo in natural light
Ensure all edges are visible
Upload the image without editing or filtering
