I sent my crypto deposit using the wrong network. What happens?
Cryptocurrency deposits must be sent using the correct blockchain network shown on your Juicyway deposit page.
If you send funds using a different network, your deposit may not be credited to your account automatically.
For example, sending USDC through the Base network to a deposit address intended for USDC on Avalanche (AVAXC) may result in the transaction not being detected correctly, even though the asset name is the same.
This is because different blockchain networks operate independently, and assets on one network are not automatically recognized as the same asset on another network.
Can Juicyway recover funds sent through the wrong network?
In many cases, our team can assist with recovery. However, recovery is not guaranteed and depends on whether the transaction can be technically retrieved.
Each case is reviewed individually based on factors such as:
The blockchain network used.
The asset sent.
The destination address.
Whether the funds can be safely accessed and recovered.
How long does it take for the team to provide feedback?
Wrong network recovery requests typically take 48–72 business hours to review and process after all required transaction details have been provided.
Some cases may require additional technical investigation and could take longer.
Is there a fee for recovering funds?
At the moment, Juicyway does not charge a fee for wrong network recovery requests.
What information should I provide?
To help us investigate your deposit, please provide:
