Zero Virtual Card: Quick Start Guide
The Zero Virtual Card is a Visa virtual card designed for online payments. You can use it anywhere Visa cards are accepted online, including websites, apps, subscriptions, and supported digital wallets.
Supported platforms
You can use your Zero Virtual Card with:
Online merchants that accept Visa cards
Apple Pay (US, UK, and Canada)
Google Pay (US, UK, Canada, and Nigeria)
Creating your Zero Virtual Card
To create your card:
Tap Create Virtual Card.
Select your country of residence.
Add your BVN.
Complete facial verification.
Allow location access and ensure you are at the address linked to your Juicyway account.
Choose your preferred card design.
Review and accept the card Terms and Conditions.
Your card request will be reviewed, and once approved, you can start using your card.
Viewing your card details
To view your card details:
Tap Details.
Enter your Juicyway PIN.
You can view:
Cardholder name
Card number
Expiry date
CVV
For your security, do not share your card details or PIN with anyone.
Choosing your spending balance
You can choose which Juicyway currency balance your card spends from.
To update your spending balance:
Tap Settings.
Select your preferred currency.
Setting a spending limit
To set a spending limit:
Tap Settings.
Enable Card Limit.
Tap Change Limit.
Enter your preferred amount.
Tap Continue.
You can update your spending limit anytime.
Adding a card label
You can personalize your card by adding a label.
To add a label:
Tap Settings.
Select Label Card.
Enter your preferred label.
Confirm.
Examples of labels include:
Subscriptions
Shopping
Business expenses
Freezing and unfreezing your card
To freeze your card:
Tap Freeze.
All card transactions will be paused while your card is frozen.
To unfreeze your card:
Tap Unfreeze.
Your card will become active again.
