This is where your current orders will be displayed. You can check the status of your order here, upload files (if your order is Waiting for Files) and view order details. Under the Completed section, you will find a history of orders that have been completed and either picked up or shipped. You can also view order details, as well as the invoice in both sections.

Like the Print Orders section, you can find current and completed design orders here. It is important to note that print orders and designs orders are treated as two separate services, so often you will have two different order numbers if you have paid for these two services.

The Quotes section includes a link to the Request Custom Quotation page, as well as to your Existing Quotes. Use the latter to view messages or to send your Print Estimator a message.

Here you can keep track of the different sample packs you've ordered.

Any designs you created and saved using our free online makers are stored here. You can access them anytime for later editing.

In-store credits or discounts that have been issued to your account can be found here.

Here you will be able to update your profile details, add CC emails, enable blind packaging, manage shipping addresses and change your password.
