An in-store credit does not expire. If an in-store credit has been issued to your account, it will be visible in 3 areas of your Customer Account Center:
Dashboard
Credit & Discounts: In-store Credit
On the Payment step of the ordering process - this will be on the right-hand side underneath the total cost of your order, which is also where you would input the amount you would like to use.
